TENTATIVE 2010 Convention Schedule

 Thursday, June 24th

Convention site:    Des Moines United Methodist Church

                              22225 9th Ave. So.

                              Des Moines, WA 98198

 

Note: No animals will be allowed in the church or field house, unless they are a registered service animal.

 

Directions from hotel: (2.9 miles) Head south on International Blvd/WA-99 south toward south 194th St., turn right at south 216th, turn left at 11th Ave. south, turn right at south 220th, south 220th turns slightly left and becomes 9th Ave. south. Church is on the right. Church parking lot is on the north side of the building. Follow signs. Please note: On Friday, June 25th, the north parking lot is used by the local food bank. If you need to set up please use the lower door on south side of building. The church has a parking lot across 223rd for our use on Friday.

 

Dinner Site: Des Moines Field House

                    1000 South 220th Street

                    Des Moines, WA 98198

Directions from hotel: Head south on International Blvd/WA-99 south toward south 194th St., turn right at south 216th, turn left at 11th Ave. south, turn right at south 220th , the Field House is on the right. It’s the log house building.

Menu: Burgers/brats, potato salad, baked beans, fresh fruit, chips, dessert, non-alcoholic beverages. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed at the church or Field House.

 

Friday, June 25th

Menu: Grilled Salmon or Stuffed Baked Chicken, roasted red potato’s, mixed steamed veggies, green salad with herb vinegar dressing, rolls, strawberry scone dessert, non-alcoholic beverages. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed at the church or Field House.

 

Saturday, June 26th

 

SHOW RULES

  1. Admittance during setup is limited to registered members with convention badges. Non-members (visitors) are welcome, but must register and wear visitors pass.

  2. Display tables are for display ONLY and not for sales. These tables are for the benefit of education and are free. If ELECRICITY (limited) is needed, it must be requested on registration form ahead of time.

  3. Sales tables are for selling ONLY and not displaying.

  4. Coleman and related products such as other antique lighting and accessories will be allowed. This includes Aladdin, AGM, etc. All items are to be empty of fuel as per fire dept. regulations.

  5. Table covers are required. Covers available upon request on registration form.

  6. Participants will forfeit any future rights if you pack up and leave the show early.

  7. Your table must be dismantled and packed within 1.5 hours after the show closes except for the items to be placed in the auction.

  8. Auction items will not be accepted after the show closes. This will allow time for all last minute auction items to be listed.

  9. All table rental revenue will go to the I.C.C.C. All auction revenue goes to the individual sellers after the small buyer/seller fees charged by the ICCC are deducted.

  10. The church hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm. We do not have access to the church after these hours. Please be sure to take any personal items you need when you leave.
