 Please draw a diagram of what you plan to construction on a separate 8 ½ by 11 sheet of paper.

Please draw a plot map showing distanced to other structures, roads, property lines, and trees on a separate 8 ½ x 11 sheet of paper.  No permit will be granted without distances.

I understand that MRTCA is within the 100 year flood way and flood plain.  I am applying for a building permit with the agreement that if Kittitas County determines the item I build must be removed, it will be removed at my cost.  I agree to indemnify and hold  harmless Mountain River Trails Camping Association and all Board Members.
