"ANY member of MRT has the right to view MRT's financials. All they need to do is contact our registered agent and arrange to view them in their office Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm, as required by the Washington State Code. It is up to the member to make the arrangements and personally view them. We cannot honor requests on Saturdays, nor are we able to make copies and mail them to you."
You are allowed to put up the fireproof tarp near your fire pad.

Charging Station

The Charging Station is being remodeled and will be used to charge golf carts and batteries. |

Remember to sign up to use the Charging Station for the year with the Caretakers. The cost is $25.00 per year effective 1/1/2009. |

You can mail in your check to MRTCA or come into the office to do this. Remember that the charging area needs to be kept clean and locked at all times. |
Membership transfer fees are now $75.
All gate cards must be purchased and are now $25.00 a piece.
